Research on Transmission and Transformation Cost Stability for Carbon Reduction and Market Integration
In the context of global economic integration and energy structure transformation, cost control of power transmission and transformation projects has become an important factor affecting the economy and reliability of the power system. This article proposes a cost stabilization technology for power transmission and transformation projects that adapts to the unified market and carbon reduction development, in response to the problems of poor information transmission and inefficient cost management throughout the entire process in current cost management. This article constructs a key indicator system for dynamic cost control throughout the entire process, including five primary indicators: organizational team, construction period, quality, cost, and social environment. Based on the grey relational evaluation method, a corresponding dynamic evaluation model is established. Through empirical analysis of different stages, the effectiveness of the proposed model in improving the scientific and rational cost management of power transmission and transformation projects has been verified.
