A Two-Stage Safe and Low-Carbon Operation Optimization for Distribution Network Considering Multi-Level Reconfiguration
As the complexity of distribution network topology increases, the error in renewable energy output prediction will lead to a decrease in the accuracy of distribution network optimized scheduling results. In this context, a two-stage optimization method for distribution network safety and low-carbon considering multi-level reconfiguration methods is proposed. On the basis of establishing a multi-level distribution network framework, analyze the multi-level reconfiguration method of the distribution network and the degree of influence of two types of multi-level switches. Secondly, a day-ahead and intraday two-stage optimization method for the distribution network was proposed, taking into account the error in predicting photovoltaic output at different time scales. A day-ahead global low-carbon economic dispatch model for the distribution network was constructed with low-carbon as the objective, and an intraday safety economic dispatch model for the distribution network was constructed with safety as the objective. Finally, the numerical examples verified that the proposed model can effectively support the safe and low-carbon operation of complex distribution networks under the background of high proportion penetration of photovoltaics.
