Research on China’s Provincial Power Accounting Method from the Perspective of Carbon Quota
Based on the rational allocation of carbon quotas, considering the attribution of indirect emissions of electricity, three different calculation methods are used to account for the electricity emissions of various provinces in China from 2008 to 2017. On the one hand, through the comparative analysis of the three methods, the electricity carbon under different principles is studied The changes in emissions, on the other hand, provide a basis for the allocation of carbon quotas for power companies, which is conducive to enhancing the potential and level of enterprises’ emission reduction production.
