Design and Implementation of Control and Management System for Smart Street Lighting
This work focuses on the real-time monitoring of a public lighting system powered by a photovoltaic source. A graphical interface has been developed to display sensor data, allowing real-time monitoring and control of this system. The results evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the sensor network, which is crucial for optimizing energy efficiency in public lighting. The monitoring concerns the electrical parameters of the lamps such as voltage, current, power, energy. In addition, the weather data is also displayed (irradiance, and temperature) in order to control the photovoltaic system powering the proposed lighting system.
