Comparison of Operational Energy Yield Assessments to Pre-Construction Energy Yield Assessments for Solar Photovoltaic Plants

This short paper compares the pre-construction energy yield assessments and the actual post-construction energy yields for operating solar photovoltaic power plants. It examines some of the factors such as physical models, degradation, and irradiation that cause disparities in the predicted energy and explores the deviations of real power plants.
