THE PROCESS APPROACH IN THE FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES AT THE MESO-LEVEL:CONCEPT AND MECHANISM

The formation of innovative competitive advantages is currently one of the main realistic scenarios for overcoming sanctions and other negative effects on the domestic economy, since it allows, with relatively small expenditure of resources and time, to organize their fullest and most effective transformation into a sought-after benefit. The aim of the study is to eliminate the obstacles to choosing this particular scenario in the form of theoretical unpreparedness, methodological inability, as well as the practical impossibility of its implementation due to the ambiguity of interpretation of both the innovative advantages themselves and approaches and methods of their formation. In this article, it is proposed to apply a traditional process approach for a developed economy, which takes into account the specifics of innovative competitive advantages and the result of which is to increase the effectiveness of the mechanism of their formation due to their cross-cutting nature, establishing links between performers, as well as increasing individual responsibility and giving control a corrective rather than a fixing character.
