ON ANTI-FRAGILITY AND WAYS TO ACHIEVE IT

Nassim Taleb considers this particular book to be the main work of his life, justifying the only concept - the concept of anti-fragility. Anti-fragility is a property of an object becoming better, evolving, developing in a situation of chaos, change and uncertainty. This article discusses the key ideas of this concept, gives an overview of the content of the book, considers the main phenomena and concepts that form the basis of the concept of anti-fragility, and also conducted a study of the application of this concept in the Russian economic literature. The paper analyzes the development of the tourism industry as an example of strengthening anti-fragility in response to negative impacts, provides the main economic indicators for the development of the industry in 2018-2024. The concept of anti-fragility offers principles and strategies for survival in the face of new challenges, their use will allow us to re-consider the problem of risks and decision-making in situations of uncertainty.
