A. A. GOLIKOV’S EVOLUTIONARY ANALYTICAL-SYNTHESIS APPROACH TO THE DEFINITION OF THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF RESEARCH
The study of the theoretical aspects of any phenomenon or process begins with a key concept, which, as a rule, has foreign roots, has passed a long way of interpretation from “ancient” times to the present, and could also be interpreted incorrectly when translated. For domestic economics, these problems are often complicated by the need for a “semantic transformation” of the concept from the language of command and administrative economics to a market one, since the specifics of the planned approach not only did not share the “capitalist” conceptual apparatus, but also in many ways negatively related to it due to ideological contradictions. Therefore, in order to establish the substantive objectivity of economic processes and phenomena, it is necessary to form a universal combined approach that would take into account historical, linguistic, substantive and other characteristics. As such an approach, it is proposed to use a three-component version, the author of which was Alexander Arsentievich Golikov (an outstanding scientist, economist, teacher, Honored Scientist of the RSFSR, Honorary Worker of higher Education of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Economics, one of the founders of Chelyabinsk State University), including a study of the origin of the concept, its further evolution, as well as the establishment of key components, analysis the significance of which allows us to highlight the most concise and at the same time meaningful version of the interpretation.
