Broadband nonlinear optical response and ultrafast carrier dynamics in defect-engineered Fe–Co3O4 for photonics

Fe-doped Co 3 O 4 was successfully synthesized, and its ultrafast carrier dynamics and broadband nonlinear optical properties were thoroughly investigated. As a saturable absorber, it enabled the generation of 1–2 μm ultrafast pulsed lasers.
