Study on the Competencies of CSV(Computerized System Validation) Consultants in the GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) Industry

Purpose It is to understand the impact of consulting capabilities on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and renewal intention when conducting CSV consulting for pharmaceutical, cosmetics, health functional food, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry.Methods An empirical analysis was conducted through a survey of workers working in companies in the GMP industry.Results It was confirmed that the competence of the consultant had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and renewal intention.Conclusion In order to improve the consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and renewal intention of CSV consulting, implications for training and support for improving the consultant's job competency, management competency, and common competency were presented.
