Research on active control design and application of machine tool turning vibration
Non fixed and cutting vibrations during lathe machining can reduce machining quality and efficiency, affect the service life of cutting tools and machine tools, and affect the machining accuracy of parts. This article analyzes the factors that cause spindle vibration from different spindle speeds, spindle runout, materials, and reverse impacts. A PID controller was designed and applied to a turning vibration control system with the tool holder as the controlled object. Vibration suppression experiment s were conducted to verify the correctness of the scheme, which has certain theoretical and practical value.
