Control system design of telescopic arm remote-control robot
In recent years, robot technology has developed rapidly, and robots represented by small, high -precision and flexible robotic arms have become the research focus of enterprises and research institutions. However, excessive complexity and cost have become the factors limiting the development of robots. The purpose of this research is to develop a robot system based on robo t operating system 2 (ROS2) with simple structure and low cost, and to explore the application potential of telescopic robot in home, medical and commercial service scenarios. Compared with traditional complex and expensive robot systems, telescopic robots have a simpler structure and control mode, which makes their development simpler and less costly. The telescopic robot is composed of a mobile chassis, vertical elevator, telescopic arm and claw, controlled by ROS2 combined with STM32 micro - controller. It can move in any direction and grasp within the effective range through mobile phones and keyboards, which can easily meet the grasping needs of various daily scenes.
