Research on efficient establishment of biological model using attention-based LSTM
With the ongoing advancement in computer chip processing power, the construction and optimization of biological models have become increasingly efficient and highly feasible. This paper introduces a novel LSTM algorithm, which incorporates the Attention mechanism, specifically designed to accelerate the biological model building process. The adaptive Attention mechanism employed by this algorithm allows it to accurately capture the most essential and subtle features within complex biological systems. Additionally, it dynamically adjusts the model parameters throughout the modelling process, thereby enhancing both performance and adaptability to various biological environments. This approach not only significantly reduces the time required for training models but also markedly improves the accuracy and stability of predictions across a diverse range of biological scenarios. Experimental results indicate that the overall modelling time can be reduced by approximately 12.3%, all without sacrificing the integrity of the model or the precision of its predictions. This time reduction underscore s the method's potential applicability, particularly in scenarios requiring the use of low-cost control chips, thus opening up broader opportunities for practical applications. As a result, this technology is poised to deliver more efficient, cost-effective solutions across multiple fields, especially within resource-constrained environments, thereby creating new opportunities for the deployment of biological models. The introduction of this advanced algorithm is anticipated to make future biological model construction not only faster and more accurate but also more economical, offering vital support for significant advancements in related fields.
