ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF STATE PROCUREMENT IN GEORGIA

The article discusses the state of public procurement in Georgia in 2022-2023. An analysis and assessment of economic indicators have been performed. Amount, structure and dynamic of service and work, a involvement of business projects in procurement, a participation of small enterprises in tenders have been analyzed and evaluated. The activities of the State Procurement Agency in terms of monitoring the state procurement process are presented separately.. The part of state procurement process has the positive (for example, the possibility of small enterprises being involved in public procurement, the increase in the number of contracts concluded in tenders, etc.), while the part of the work negative review (for example, violations identified during the monitoring process, etc.).
