In the fast - paced and highly competitive academic environment, college students often experience anxiety, aggression, and difficulties in adjustment. This study explores the impact of yogic practices, such as asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), and meditation, on reducing anxiety and aggression while promoting better adjustment among college students. Drawing from existing literature and empirical studies, this article presents evidence on how regular yogic practices can positively affect mental and emotional well - being in this population.
