Outcomes of Single Pediatric Kidney Grafts

Introduction: Kidney transplantation (KTx) is superior to staying on dialysis. However, KTx is limited by organ supply. Utilization of single kidney grafts from pediatric donors has been used to bridge this gap with good results. However, there is little consensus on the criteria used to safely split pediatric en bloc kidney grafts.
