Strong Laser Emission Modulation by Coherent Perfect Absorption Inside Complex‐Coupled Distributed Feedback Laser Diodes (Small 1/2025)
Coherent Perfect Absorption The effects of lasing through coherent light amplification and anti-lasing through coherent perfect absorption using electrically-injected gain-loss modulated Bragg grating distributed feedback laser's own internal emission with ultra-short external cavity micro-mirror is reported in article number 2404388, Anatole Lupu and co-workers. It provides strategy for elaboration of integrated laser-modulators, where the modulation is based on “light extinction by light”.
