Design of in-line-of-sight dynamic wireless time comparison system based on pseudo-code ranging
With the development of science and technology, more and more occasions need to achieve nanosecond time comparison between mobile platforms, such as missile launch vehicles, ships, and other mobile platforms. However, the traditional time comparison technique is mostly applied in static environments. Based on the principle of pseudo-code ranging and bidirectional time comparison, this paper has designed a set of high-precision wireless time comparison systems suitable for dynamic environments. At the same time, in order to solve the problem of large noise and abnormal values in the measurement of the clock bias in the pseudo-range dynamic time ratio, the optimal estimate of the clock bias is obtained by Kalman filtering. Finally, a vehicle-mounted test platform was built to verify the effect of dynamic time comparison. The experimental results show that the dynamic time comparison accuracy is better than 1ns in the range of 1 km.
