Optimization algorithm for communication energy consumption of energy meters in power load management system
The new power load management system, as a modern power monitoring system in the context of rapid development of science and technology, can effectively enhance the communication function and detection performance of the system by leveraging Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). The primary challenge is effectively regulating power grid energy usage for sustained and reliable performance. The paper proposes an optimization algorithm, EB-NSGA-II-LEACH, to address the issue of energy imbalance in the traditional S-LEACH algorithm. This improved approach incorporates both energy balance and NSGA-II algorithm. By adjusting the cluster head's node selection probability, it achieves balanced energy consumption and mitigates excessive energy depletion in certain nodes. Simultaneously, the NSGA-II algorithm is employed to address multiple objective functions and identify a range of non-dominated solutions as the optimal approach to enhance network lifespan and attain energy consumption equilibrium.
