Design of a universal active passive composite safety control system for target missiles
The safety control system in weapons and equipment is directly related to the safety of personnel and property, and can effectively improve the safety of flight experiments. It is an indispensable and important component of weapons and equipment. The target missile safety control system directly determines whether the target missile can self destruct in case of abnormal flight conditions, so it is of great significance for interception flight experiments. With the gradual development of domestic safety technology and the increasing number of flight experiments, the safety requirements for flight experiments in shooting ranges are becoming higher and higher. There is a trend in technical requirements from active safety to active passive composite safety. This article provides an overview of the working principles of commonly used safety control systems and designs a composite safety control system that combines active and passive methods. A comprehensive system design is carried out from the aspects of overall architecture, hardware scheme, safety logic, etc. Two levels of ground testing schemes, single machine testing and system level testing, are designed for the system to ensure the safety and reliability of the universal target missile active and passive composite safety control system.
