The history of the Armenian traditional parties has been well studied, but there are still unresolved issues. Discovering and exploring new sources is crucial for their coverage. These documents, which are being put into circulation for the first time, provide an opportunity a complete picture of the history of the activity of the Armenian Constitutional Party Ramkavar in the Eastern Armenian realities. According to the previously accepted point of view, of the Armenian parties, only the Gnchakian and Dashnaktsutyun parties were in the field of view of the Russian special services. However, it becomes clear from these documents, that the Russian security agency also closely monitored the activities of the constitutional ramkavars. By the way, these are the first Russian-language documentaries about the Ramkavars.
