Research on false alarm and diagnosis methods of signal alarm system in nuclear power plant
The signal alarm systems of nuclear power plants play an important role for the safety of operation. If the signal alarm system itself fails or malfunctions, the faults or abnormal situations of the main systems and equipment of the nuclear power plant may be masked, causing operators to have illusions and take incorrect decisions or operational actions, increasing the safety risks of nuclear power plant operation. To assist operators in understanding the mechanism of false alarms in the alarm system, the fault tree method was used to analyse the false alarm mechanism of the nuclear power plant alarm system. Based on the composition of the alarm system, fault trees for false alarms and reject alarms in the signal alarm system were established. Through fault tree analysis, obtain the fault discrimination rules for false alarms in the alarm system. On this basis, a false alarm diagnosis method for signal alarm systems based on fault tree analysis and inference fusion was studied, and the diagnostic process was provided with examples.
