Research on DC charger on-site calibration based on dc comparator technology

A lightweight portable DC charger on-site calibration instrument based on DC comparator technology was studied to address the difficulties in equipment handling, complex operation wiring, high investment in manpower and material resources, time-consuming and laborious calibration process, and low detection efficiency in on-site measurement and testing of DC chargers. An improved Lagrangian phase compensation algorithm is adopted to correct the electrical energy measurement errors caused by the asynchronous voltage and current channels in the dynamic distortion load during DC charging, effectively suppressing the DC energy measurement errors caused by the inconsistent phase delay of voltage and current channels in ripple environments; Design a DC comparator with a dual iron core structure to achieve high-precision measurement of high DC current. The device has higher internal integration, smaller size, lighter weight, and an error of 0.05 level. Moreover, it is compared with the 0.05 level DC energy measurement standard, and the | En | ≤ 1 of multiple comparison data sets. The results show that the developed on-site calibration instrument has accurate and reliable measurement errors, and can be used for on-site measurement of DC chargers. This will greatly improve the efficiency of on-site measurement and ensure the smooth progress of the charging pile inspection work.
