Research on Rural E-Commerce Supporting Rural Revitalization and Development under the Background of Digital Economy

数字经济是推动经济社会高质量发展的重要引擎，促使各行业加速转型升级，农业数字化的发展为农村经济发展带来了新的动力。农村电商是乡村产业振兴的新动能，也是“十四五”时期发展农村数字经济的核心路径。农村电商发展与乡村振兴融合发展，增加农业收入助力乡村振兴，已经成为推动农业农村现代化的重要力量。基于此，本文分析了数字经济背景下农村电商在乡村振兴过程中的积极作用，从畅通农产品流通体系、推动农村地区创业就业、巩固扶贫成果等多个视角，阐述农村电商助力乡村振兴的作用机理，并针对农村电商助力乡村振兴过程中存在的诸多问题，提出了一些建设性的建议，以期为农村电子商务产业的稳步发展带来一定的积极启发。The digital economy is an important engine for promoting high-quality economic and social development, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of various industries. The development of agricultural digitization has brought new impetus to rural economic development. Rural e-commerce is a new driving force for the revitalization of rural industries and a core path for the development of rural digital economy during the 14th Five Year Plan period. The integration of rural e-commerce development and rural revitalization, increasing agricultural income to support rural revitalization, has become an important force in promoting agricultural and rural modernization. Based on this, this article analyzes the positive role of rural e-commerce in the process of rural revitalization under the background of the digital economy. From multiple perspectives such as unblocking the circulation system of agricultural products, promoting entrepreneurship and employment in rural areas, and consolidating poverty alleviation achievements, the mechanism of rural e-commerce in promoting rural revitalization is elaborated. In response to the many problems that exist in the process of rural e-commerce in promoting rural revitalization, some constructive suggestions are put forward in order to bring certain positive inspirations to the steady development of the rural e-commerce industry.
