Study on the Path of Digital Transformation Empowering Enterprises with Specialization, Refinement, Peculiarity, and Innovation —Taking Suzhou Dongshan Precision as an Example

新一轮科技革命带来了数字资源和数字技术，专精特新作为产业链关键环节则在推动新质生产力发展中发挥重要作用，因此探索数字化转型赋能专精特新企业的路径也愈加重要。本文以苏州东山精密有限公司数字化的实践过程为案例研究对象，采用扎根理论探讨专精特新企业数据驱动动态能力的构建机制。研究发现，专精特新企业数据驱动动态能力是由数据驱动的机会感知能力、数据驱动的产业链协同能力、数据驱动的组织变革能力和数据驱动的价值生态能力这四个维度构成。The new round of technological revolution has brought about digital resources and technologies, while specialized, refined, peculiar, and innovative (SRPI) enterprises, as key links in the industrial chain, play a significant role in promoting the development of new forms of productivity. Therefore, exploring the path of digital transformation to empower SRPI enterprises has become increasingly important. Taking the digital transformation practice of Suzhou Dongshan Precision Co., Ltd. as a case study, this paper adopts grounded theory to explore the construction mechanism of data-driven dynamic capabilities in SRPI enterprises. The research finds that the data-driven dynamic capabilities of SRPI enterprises consist of four dimensions: data-driven opportunity perception, data-driven industrial chain collaboration, data-driven organizational change, and data-driven value ecosystem capabilities.
