The Influence of the Position Movement of the Accelerations Sensors on Seat of A Human Centrifuge for System Accelerations Errors

With the improving of training demand of pilot anti-overload ability and the development of new fighter jets with their supporting anti G equipments, the human-machine engineering problems caused by the existing seat on human centrifuge are becoming increasingly prominent, which are difficult to meet practical need and need to be upgraded. After upgrading, the seat can be quickly adjusted in front and back, up and down. The acceleration sensors fixed on the seat will also generate displacement, resulting in errors. The three-axis acceleration values are important technical indicators in centrifuge system, and its errors need to be within a certain accuracy range in order to make the system operate normally. Otherwise, the system will produce serious consequences such as alarm and shutdown. In this study the maximum values of acceleration errors in seat adjustment are calculated and discussed in detail, and the magnitude of acceleration errors caused by the position displacement of accelerations sensors due to seat position adjustment, as well as the impact of these errors on the system are calculated and discussed. The result indicates that, the accelerations errors caused by the up and down adjustment of the upgraded seat have any adverse effects on control system. For safety system, three-axis acceleration errors need to be calculated carefully, and are observed that if the values are within limits set by safety system, to determine if acceleration errors will produce effect on the safety of the whole system.
