Failure mode analysis and health management research of helicopter teletype flight control system

In order to improve the safety and reliability of the helicopter fly-by-wire system and guarantee flight safety, a helicopter fly- by-wire system health management program is proposed by systematically combing and categorizing typical helicopter failures during the service period, and by studying the causes of the failures in depth. Based on FMEA failure mode analysis, this pap er researches the maintenance strategy, and studies the optimization method of helicopter health management system by analyzing the typical failures, so as to provide theoretical reference and technical support for the safety and reliability o f helicopter fly-by-wire system.
