Sensitivity analysis for optimizing magnetic bead recoveries in a flow-through fluorescence immunoassay analyser
The recovery rate of magnetic beads is a crucial factor in evaluating the performance of a flow fluorescence immunoassay analyzer. This paper proposes an optimal design method for an immunoassay analyzer using orthogonal testing and comprehensive sensitivity analysis. The orthogonal experimental design was employed to reduce the number of sensitivity analysis tests required for key design parameters of the flow fluorescence immunoassay analyzer. Through rigorous sensitivity analysis and comprehensive evaluation, the optimal combination of adsorption height, liquid volume, and adsorption time was determined. The experimental results demonstrate that this optimal combination design can significantly improve the recovery rate of magnetic beads. This method provides a novel approach to optimizing the performance of immunoassay analyzers.
