A reliability optimization method of motion mechanism based on multi-source cost factors
Addressing the overlooked aspect of reliability costs in optimizing motion mechanisms, this paper introduces a multidimensional reliability cost coefficient evaluation system that encompasses machining cost, assembly difficulty, operational load characteristics, and working environment. Utilizing this framework, a comprehensive assessment function for meta-analysis under multiple cost factors is constructed, accompanied by a reliability optimization model. The process begins with the employment of Low-Rank Approximate sensitivity analysis to allocate reliability to specific motion mechanisms. This model is then used to optimize the results of reliability allocation. The findings reveal that the proposed method markedly reduces reliability costs while satisfying the design reliability requirements.
