Resilience evaluation of production system recovery strategy based on improved node importance

The problem of troubleshooting and repairing the production system is a key issue in restoring the productivity of the system as soon as possible after the system receives an external disruption. Based on such problem background, this paper focuses on the resilience assessment of recovery strategies for production systems and the determination of recovery sequences for failed machines. In this paper, a resilient recovery strategy for production systems based on improved node importance is used, where the node importance is determined by the minimum eigenvalue of the Laplace matrix corresponding to the deletion matrix. Then with the help of production line completion (Crp) to determine the priority of machine restoration on the repair branch line and thus obtain the maintenance decision indicator (Mdi), and according to the size of this indicator to determine the maintenance order of the damaged nodes, and finally apply the resilience triangle metric to evaluate the repair strategy. Through software simulation of different recovery strategies, comparative analysis shows that the recovery strategy based on improved node importance is more effective. This paper provides the theory in the field of recovery strategies after distribution and gives an idea for determining the order of repair of a faulty machine.
