IMPROVEMENT OF THE TECHNICAL REGULATION SYSTEM IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article examines the issue of improving the technical regulation system in the construction industry of the Russian Federation. The authors of the article note that the current system has a number of shortcomings that hinder the introduction of innovative solutions and materials. This hinders the development of the industry and reduces its competitiveness. To solve the above problem, significant changes have been made to the technical regulation legislation, however, these changes have their own consequences and problems that are not currently resolved.
