PRINCIPLES OF OBTAINING HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE USING LOCAL RAW MATERIALS

The expediency of using fine-ground microfillers obtained on the basis of stone crushing waste and mineral slurries in the technology of high-strength concretes of a new generation is substantiated. The possibility of obtaining concretes with a strength of 140 MPa and higher based on quartz fillers and fractionated sands with a low specific consumption of cement per unit strength not exceeding 6-6.5 kg/MPa is shown. Reactive suspension fine-grained concretes have been developed.

Abstract

The expediency of using fine-ground microfillers obtained on the basis of stone crushing waste and mineral slurries in the technology of high-strength concretes of a new generation is substantiated. The possibility of obtaining concretes with a strength of 140 MPa and higher based on quartz fillers and fractionated sands with a low specific consumption of cement per unit strength not exceeding 6-6.5 kg/MPa is shown. Reactive suspension fine-grained concretes have been developed.
