Flexible Wearable Enzyme-free Sweat Glucose Sensor from Au/Pt@MXene

Absrtact-At present, most blood glucose detection methods are invasive, but this invasive collection method will cause great pain to patients. A large number of studies have shown that the glucose concentration in sweat is correlated with the glucose concentration in blood, and sweat glucose detection has advantages of non-invasive, convenient and continuous compared with blood glucose detection.Bimetal Au/Pt@MXene was synthesized by the synergistic action of bimetal as catalyst for the preparation of glucose sensor. Cyclic voltammetry was used to optimize the ratio of $\mathbf{A u} / \mathbf{P t}$ to obtain the optimal ratio for sweat glucose detection. Cyclic voltammetry, differential voltammetry, timing current method, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and other electrochemical methods were used to obtain a good linear relationship in the concentration range of $0-11 \mathrm{~mm}$ Glu. The sensitivity reached $13.114 \mu \mathrm{~A} \cdot \mathrm{mmol}{ }^{1 \cdot} \cdot \mathrm{~cm}^{-2}$, and the lowest term stability and anti-interference.

Abstract

Absrtact-At present, most blood glucose detection methods are invasive, but this invasive collection method will cause great pain to patients. A large number of studies have shown that the glucose concentration in sweat is correlated with the glucose concentration in blood, and sweat glucose detection has advantages of non-invasive, convenient and continuous compared with blood glucose detection.Bimetal Au/Pt@MXene was synthesized by the synergistic action of bimetal as catalyst for the preparation of glucose sensor.
