Optimization Study of Management Measures for Gas Pipeline Dynamics Operations
With the accelerating pace of urbanization, the laying of gas pipelines is becoming more and more extensive, and the fire operation of new and old gas pipelines has become an indispensable part of the daily operation of gas companies. In recent years, due to the gas pipeline fire operation site safety management measures are not in place, resulting in frequent pipeline leakage accidents. Once these leakage accidents occur, they will not only lead to the waste of gas resources and cause economic loss of enterprises, but also may cause fire, explosion and other serious consequences, which will seriously threaten people's life and property safety. At the same time, with the general increase in citizens' safety awareness, gas pipeline accidents may further trigger public opinion and bring negative impacts to enterprises, with adverse social impacts. Therefore, this paper researches the onsite safety management measures for the fire operation of an underground pipeline network, establishes the onsite sign-in mechanism for the fire operator, the skill strengthening training and assessment mechanism, the deep learning-based onsite auxiliary auditing system for the fire operation, and has been well practiced in the engineering application, which provides important technical support for optimizing the management of the operation site, strengthening the pipeline protection, reducing the occurrence of gas pipeline accidents and secondary accidents due to the irregular operation of the operation site, and improving the level of safe operation of gas pipelines. The system has been well practiced in engineering applications, providing important technical support in optimizing work site management, continuously strengthening pipeline protection work, reducing gas pipeline accidents and secondary accidents caused by irregular operation at the work site, and enhancing the level operation of gas pipelines.
