Hysteresis Modeling of Piezoelectric Actuator Based on GCBBW Model
This paper proposes a Generalized Circular Basis (GCBBW) model for tracking errors caused by hysteresis open-loop nonlinearity in piezoelectric actuator systems (PEAs). Firstly, it is explained that the BW (Bouc Wen) model lacks sufficient description of the two end characteristics of PEA hysteresis. Then, the introduction of axis degenerate circular differentiation replaces the original class exponential differentiation, changing the shape of the BW model itself and improving the model’s ability to describe PEA hysteresis. At the same time, a six stage control function was designed to distinguish between the initial stage and the stable stage. Finally, a hierarchical genetic algorithm with embedded particle swarm optimization was proposed, which uses the search results of the inner layer algorithm as the fitness of the outer layer algorithm to improve search efficiency. The experimental results show that the proposed GCCBW model has a relative root mean square error of less than 0.17% under 1-20 Hz sine wave input, demonstrating the effectiveness of the GCBBW model and the hierarchical genetic algorithm embedded in particle swarm optimization.
