The Distributed Generation Power Selling Model Based on Floating Rate
With the rapid development of Chinese power-system reform started in 2015 and distributed generation (DG), focus has been placed on promoting power consumption from DG in the near region. In this paper, firstly, a DG power selling model based on floating rate is designed, which achieves an interaction among investment, floating rate and power sale. Secondly, three modules—investment, floating rate function, and power sales transaction—are designed using system dynamics (SD). Regarding the floating rate function module, the interaction has been established among guidance consulting services, loan interest rate, and power consumption rate in the near region. Thirdly, comparative analysis model of stakeholders’ benefits is established, which is used to demonstrate the feasibility of the power selling mode. Finally, an empirical analysis of DG was conducted. The results show that the model can promote the nearby power consumption but also achieve a win-win among DG investors, power grid enterprises, and users.
