The Simulation Study of High-Sensitivity GMR (Giant Magnetoresistive) Biosensors
GMR biosensors, due to their simple detection and low background noise, have a broad application prospect in the fields of biomedical detection, etc. However, there is still room for improvement in the sensitivity of current GMR biosensors. We study the high-sensitivity enhancement method of GMR biosensors using a magnetic flux concentrator through simulation calculations, and investigate the impact of factors such as the distribution of magnetic labels on the performance of GMR sensors. Our work provides a theoretical and technical framework for GMR chip design and offers a promising tool for advancing biomedical detection technologies.
