Multi-objective optimization design for step-stress accelerated degradation testing based on Wiener process
This paper presents a multi-objective optimization approach for step-stress accelerated degradation testing (SSADT), overcoming the constraints associated with single-objective optimization in practical scenarios. Initially, the degradation path of a product is modeled using a Wiener process. A multi-objective optimization model is then developed, which simultaneously considers three objectives while adhering to a predefined total experimental budget. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is utilized to identify the optimal test plan within this framework. The efficacy of the propose d approach is validated through a series of experiments using LED lamps as examples.
