Durability analysis of connecting rod mechanisms based on physics of failure
With the development of military technology, the mechanisms used in military equipment require higher reliability and longer lifespans. Addressing the challenge of ensuring the long lifespan of connecting rod mechanisms and the difficulty of conducting durability tests on each model, this paper analyzes the lifespan of connecting rod mechanisms under reciprocating operating conditions using fault physics and finite element methods. Additionally, the sensitivity of connecting rod mechanism parameters on lifespan is examined, providing valuable engineering references for the design of connecting rod mechanisms.
