Simulation research of multi-physics field bidirectional interactive coupling of HSERS
The operational state of Hermetically Sealed Electromagnetic Relays (HSER) in the aerospace sector involves multiple physical processes, including mechanical, electrical, and magnetic phenomena. The efficiency and accuracy of traditional dynamic characterization methods, which rely on static data tables, are inadequate for meeting the demands of reliability analysis. T his paper introduces a meshless node flexible body model as the foundation of a multibody dynamics model. It establishes a real-time interaction channel between transient mechanical torque, electromagnetic force, and the shape and position parameters. Furthermore, the paper incorporates an implicit integration algorithm to address nonlinear contact and collision issues within the rigid-flexible coupling model, as well as a finite element numerical solution for the electromagnetic field derived from Maxwell's equations. A bidirectional interactive coupling computational model combining multibody dynamics and electromagnetic finite element analysis is developed. This model facilitates real-time coupling calculations and analyses of the dynamic characteristics of HSER in terms of mechanics, electricity, and magnetism. Additionally, a testing system for HSER’s electrical, temporal, and force parameters is constructed, and the test data from the principle prototype are compared with the analytical and computational results. The relative errors of the three types of parameters fall within the specified error range, confirming the validity of the method.
