Reliability simulation analysis technology for electronic products based on failure physics and failure propagate models
This article addresses the significant gap in engineering performance and reliability modeling and simulation for complex electronic products such as antennas. The current shortfall in technology hinders the ability to analyze how actual working environments impact these products and precludes mechanism-level evaluation of their reliability indicators. In response to the distinctive needs of complex electronic products, this study delves into reliability simulation analysis technology based on the physics of failure and models of failure propagation. It introduces a novel approach to constructing reliability models that integrates both failure physics and propagation frameworks, offering a comprehensive reliability simulation analysis process and methodology for electronic products grounded in these models. Utilizing antennas as a case study, this research assesses the impact of unit reliability on overall product performance and establishes an analytical model for antenna failure time derived from simulation data. A case study on a typical antenna is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and credibility of the proposed technical approach, validating its applicability in enhancing the reliability assessment of complex electronic systems.
