Research on feedback and disposal mechanism of equipment quality problem

This paper examines the feedback and disposal mechanisms for equipment quality problem, with a detailed focus on the Problem Quality Defect Report and the Alert System. The organizational structure of the Problem Quality Defect Report, including the Originator, Originating Point, Screening Point, Action Point, and Support Point. Similarly, the Alert System is structured with a chair, vice chair, temporary participants, an alert focal point, and an alert coordinator. These mechanisms clearly delineate responsibilities to foster collaborative and highly integrated processes. To enhance the efficiency of these feedback and disposal mechanisms, the paper proposes several improvements: clarifying relevant regulations, establishing a structured screening process, and creating mechanisms for common problem alerts.
