Applying quantitative research, a total of n=446 employees were sampled, making use of a questionnaire (survey) to collect data. A unique negative relationship was found between perceived organisational support and flourishing. Perceived organisational support reported a positive relationship with turnover intention. This study recommends open and healthy communication platforms between employees and management; enhance the match between support provided and the needs of employees; provide training related to interpersonal relations, and emotional intelligence. Team-building sessions and conflict resolution training may be offered.
