Self-study capacity identified in the 2018 General Educational Curriculum is one of the general capacities that students need to develop. This article explores the current situation of developing self-study capacity for students through blended learning in some high schools in the Central and Southern provinces. This study uses the survey method of a questionnaire with structured questions. To process the data, the Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric mean test was used to evaluate factors that affect the use of ways to develop students' self-study capacity through blended learning. The results obtained show that the gender variable does not influence while the teaching seniority variable only has a slight influence; however, there is a statistically significant difference in the way of developing self-study capacity for students in the Quang Binh, Da Nang, and Kien Giang.
