随着全球经济一体化的推进，我国的经济增长速度不断加快，对外贸易的规模也在持续扩大，导致外贸企业数量不断攀升。然而，在跨境电商的产业链中，我国外贸企业正面临日益加剧的市场竞争压力，提升企业竞争力成为它们面临的核心挑战。培养专业的外贸电商人才是提升企业竞争力的有效途径，因此，在跨境电商产业链中，如何培育这类人才成为了一个关键议题。鉴于此，本文探讨了外贸电商人才培养中存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决策略。With the advancement of global economic integration, China’s economic growth rate is constantly accelerating, and the scale of foreign trade is also expanding, leading to a continuous increase in the number of foreign trade enterprises. However, in the cross-border e-commerce industry chain, Chinese foreign trade enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition pressure, and enhancing their competitiveness has become the core challenge they face. Cultivating professional talents in foreign trade e-commerce is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, how to cultivate such talents has become a key issue in the cross-border e-commerce industry chain. In view of this, this article explores the problems in talent cultivation for foreign trade e-commerce and proposes corresponding solutions.
