Relación calidad directiva-productividad. Fundamentos teóricos para su análisis

This work focuses on a problem insufficiently addressed within the framework of management research. In it, the main theoretical foundations that govern the relationship between managerial quality and productivity were synthesized. The study of these foundations focused on the critical analysis of the scientific literature consulted and the declaration of the main theoretical positions assumed, giving a perspective, insufficiently visualized, from the perspective of the managerial action and its impact on the results, identifying the need of the relationship between these variables. Its objective is to analyze the conceptual theoretical basis that supports the relationship between managerial quality and productivity. For its construction, theoretical research methods were used such as the analytical - synthetic, in the construction of the theoretical referential framework, as well as the inductive - deductive, which made it possible to determine the specificities of each concept analyzed. Among its main conclusions, it stands out that managerial quality has become a strategic competitive advantage, which makes a difference and guarantees or hinders business success.
