Implementation and Preliminary Testing of 26 kW Induction Machine in an Electric Traction System
This paper shows the construction and the preliminary test towards to an electric traction system with a 26kW induction machine as a laboratory test-bench setup. Through the bus CAN communication protocol is intended to obtain the mechanical and electrical parameters of the induction machine, these parameters can also be observed and evaluated in a touchscreen display for comfortable viewing. The system is featured by a liquid cold plate, a water pump and the radiator in order to keep cooled the whole traction system.
