A New Type of Vehicle Mounted Multifunctional Portable Charging Device Based on AI Control
This article designs a new type of vehicle mounted multifunctional portable charging device based on artificial intelligence control, mainly composed of maintenance free battery combination, inverter, AC/DC voltmeter combination, safety device, socket, buffer pad, cable wires, waterproof sealed power box, etc. This portable intelligent charging device can effectively solve the problems of unstable performance, difficult charging and maintenance, single function, and incomplete elements of car batteries. The device uses a maintenance free battery pack as the power source, with a high-power and high conversion rate inverter as the core, and can output AC voltage that meets the different load requirements of the vehicle. It can continue to be used in various road conditions and environments, and provide power supply for external security appliances under night lighting and outdoor conditions. The design, manufacturing, and usage technology scheme of an intelligent control power charging device proposed in this article includes the following steps: design and manufacturing of a new type of vehicle mounted multifunctional portable charging device, precautions for using the new type of vehicle mounted multifunctional portable charging device, and maintenance and upkeep methods for the new type of vehicle mounted multifunctional portable charging device. This article presents a new type of vehicle mounted multifunctional portable charging device based on artificial intelligence control. It is designed in blocks according to the functional purposes of each module, installed in combination, with card slot positioning, complete functions, wide applicability, high conversion efficiency, fast start-up, good safety performance, strong load adaptability and stability, and low manufacturing cost. It can provide a quick solution for vehicle maintenance teams, teaching units, and repair factories to provide vehicle mounted electricity or external power supply for maintenance support.
