CTAB assisted hydrothermal synthesis of oxygen vacancy enriched BiVO4 for enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen production

BiVO 4 containing oxygen vacancies (OVs) was synthesized using CTAB assisted hydrothermal method for efficient photocatalytic hydrogen production. The photocatalytic hydrogen production rate of BiVO 4 containing OVs is 26 times higher than pure BiVO 4 .
