Surface structure evolution of bimetallic nickel tungsten nitride (Ni2W3N) for high performance hydrogen evolution
Ni 2 W 3 N/NF is prepared via a one-step annealing, showing excellent HER performance in alkaline solution. Surface transformation to Ni(OH) 2 enhances water dissociation, lowering overpotential to 46.5 mV at 50 mA cm −2 , revealed by in situ Raman and DFT.
